Administration Officer

We are seeking a full-time Administration Officer to support our daily operations and assist the management team in the accounting practice. This role offers an excellent opportunity to play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our office and providing exceptional support to our team. 

Key responsibilities

Office Management
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, maintaining the meeting room schedule, and handling and recording outgoing mail and couriers. 
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical. 
  • Maintain templates for letters, forms, emails, and other LZR materials. 
Client Service Support 
  • Handle ATO lodgements through the online portal. 
  • Review client compliance correspondence, including assessments. 
  • Set up and maintain clients and contact details in the AEPM database. 
  • Backup corporate affairs, including operating the practice management system, setting up and monitoring client contracts, and billing reports. 

Eligibility requirements 

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role 
  • Competent with MYOB 
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel & Outlook 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
