Administration Officer
We are seeking a full-time Administration Officer to support our daily operations and assist the management team in the accounting practice. This role offers an excellent opportunity to play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our office and providing exceptional support to our team.
Key responsibilities
Office Management
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, maintaining the meeting room schedule, and handling and recording outgoing mail and couriers.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Maintain templates for letters, forms, emails, and other LZR materials.
Client Service Support
- Handle ATO lodgements through the online portal.
- Review client compliance correspondence, including assessments.
- Set up and maintain clients and contact details in the AEPM database.
- Backup corporate affairs, including operating the practice management system, setting up and monitoring client contracts, and billing reports.
Eligibility requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Competent with MYOB
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel & Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong time management and attention to detail
