Client Services & Administration – Public Practice (LZR Partners)

We are seeking to recruit a client services professional for our busy practice.

You will be the face of our business and the first point of contact for a client base which spans a variety of industries.

Working closely with the Business Manager and joining a great administration team, you will be responsible for delivering quality client experience and administration outcomes including, but not limited to:

  • Practice reception
  • Maintenance of client database and internal records
  • Prepare client invoices
  • Typing and preparation of client documentation
  • Assist with collating
  • Liaising with the ATO
  • Filing and scanning
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintaining client confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Maintaining internal control systems
  • Support the team as required

Ideally you will have two years working in public practice however other industry experience is acceptable. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong work ethic and confident professional manner.
